I wouldn't keep talking to him. Even if he does seem like a regular person, you never know. It could build up to the point where you realize he is a pedofile. Also, the fact that he says he knows/has seen you is REALLY REALLY sketchy. Break it off, even if you do like him you'll definately get over it. Trust me, it's for your own safety.

Just be very careful. He may indeed just be a nice guy, but it is very easy for people on the internet to say what you want to hear and be very nice without ever showing you what they are really like. Definitely don't meet him and you may want to find out why he doesn't have a pic up. Don't tell him where you live or give him your number, it is too dangerous if you don't know him in real life.
