Call your local police right now! They will respond with back-up. This will include the F.B.I. Cyber Crime Task Force. They will pick him up and question him and hold him till they complete a preliminary case which will include interrogation of him. If he confesses then problem solved. If he denies it, they have proof. Even if he deleted cookies, history and such they will still be able to recover the files and determine keystrokes and cross reference them with like where he got them and if he was using a chat or I'M program or something that would require some personal information from him. Good luck, turn the low life in. If he gets out of it tell the cops that you didn't want him there and file for a temporary restraining order and make sure the cops are there when he packs his crap! I am not a mother but an Auntie. I understand their need to protect you. This said, YOUR parents may take away your computer for a while because they are scared sh!tless that you might get hurt, but PLEASE tell them not to touch and and call the police so they don't ruin the integrity of your computer. Tell them you want to catch this sicko because he may be going after other young girls and eventually rape them. As for the porn...unless it's kiddie porn the police wont CARE and besides if you delete your Internet cache your parents can't see it only the FBI will find TRACES that you looked at porn...which trust me 99.9% of comps have. I lent my labtop to someone in class and they went to a lez site...don't feel embarassed or shy. THINK about YOUR safety and the saftey of other girls who may get trapped into this sicko's web.

for two, you could report him to myspace, myspace takes stalking and harassment very seriously, they even have a crew dedicated to getting these pervs off of myspace...
